Delivery Information

Please note that we are only able to fulfil online orders during our office hours (Tuesday-Friday 9am-3pm).

Standard Orders

  • We do not keep stock of most items, they are ordered into the boutique for your order, therefore orders can take up to 1 week to arrive with us. Items will then be dispatched to you so please allow an additional week for delivery times.
  • If you need your item quicker then please phone us to see if we have the item in stock 01738 442544.
  • Standard Delivery is First Class Recorded delivery; please allow 1-3 working days. You will be emailed the tracker details.

Sale Orders

  • Next Day Collection – If you would like to collect your order, you can do so from our boutique for any sale items, so no delivery charges.

Return & Refunds Policy

While we hope you’ll be happy with your purchase, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you’ll need to know.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered within 7 days and are at the management’s discretion. We cannot refund any earrings due to health and safety reasons. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used for purchase for the item price only, postage is non-refundable. We do not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your return postage charges.
